How we operate
King Arthur operates with a network of country representatives, whom you can find under the “Authorized Resellers” page on our website under the main tab “About Us”. Our representatives are diligently evaluated and partnered with our brand to provide convenience of the following services: Product Information, Custom Made Services, Repairs, Warranty Shipping & Handling, Special Products, Corporate Gift & Parts for your luxury wearables.

If you wish to partner and be part of the King Arthur Franchise, Please email us on resellers@kingarthurtimepieces.com with your full name and contact information. And one of our designated team members will correspond via email with the package informations, application & questionnaire which are available for you to download and revert back to us on the corresponding mail. Once this is done you will be further notified with the procedure and all legal information needed to evaluate your application. This process may take up to for 3-4 working days if all the documentations are in order for us to certify your application and commence business with you.
Warranty
King Arthur provides a 24 months international warranty for your product. Which we will repair or replace under the terms and conditions mentioned on the warranty certificate you are assigned at time of purchase. Please ensure you keep the certificate of warranty and authenticity for any claims. So we can assist you without any delays. You can request the transfer certificate of your wearable to new ownership with us being informed for which we will transfer ownership on our database. And you and the new owner will be notified via Mail and a pdf copy of the new owner registration to be attached to your existing certificate. Sourcing
At King Arthur your unique gems and diamonds are sourced mainly from Sri Lanka and are ethically mined without any damages to the natural surroundings and its habitants. We aim to be an eco friendly brand with conscious to our natural surrounding. All listed gems and diamonds are certified by the National Gem Authority and the valuation and certification is carried through by Leading Gemologist we have partnered with, mentioned on our company portfolio. Please be informed the gems and diamonds sold to you are of the highest grade and quality backed with a certificate of authenticity approved by the National Gem Authority of Sri Lanka. How your order process works?
Log into www.kingarthurtimepieces.com on your pc or mobile device. Select the category on the main menu or the three picture tabs for easy navigation. Select the product of your liking and its quantity and confirm, your item then can be found on the cart on the right hand side on the website, from where you can proceed to checkout and finalise your payment method securely provided by Stripe, Frimi & Direct Bank Debit. Your invoice will be sent on the email address provided to us earlier on the customer information section. You can track your item/items with the tracking number which will be sent to via email, once we have dispatched the said item/items. Your products are insured by us and securely shipped via UPS, our principal shipping partner. For further information insurance policy on your product until it reaches you. King Arthur is Trademark under brand embargo of X-calibur company Logo. Consisting of a unique X with sword piercing through. This is the famous King Arthur excalibur sword and our main identity. All our Premium Collection is marked by 22Kt gold company logo.
